Within the UK 
Our preferred carrier is Parcel Force. This service gives a guaranteed *24 hour insured delivery (providing the item ordered is in stock) and is charged at £8.00 per delivery, up to a weight limit of 8 kilos. Each additional kilo costs 50p. For very small/light orders we may use Royal Mail at a lower cost. 

If you require your goods for a specific date, ie Birthday or Christmas, please email us prior to placing your order.

Note: The Scottish Islands, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland are subject to a £8 surcharge for delivery.
*IV postcode areas may take up to 48 hours for delivery. 

Delivery Address 
Please provide us with a delivery address where there is someone in to provide a signature. Parcel Force will attempt to deliver to the address on the package. Should there be no-one available to sign for the delivery, they will return it to their depot, and leave a card to say they have been. You need to get in touch with them as soon as possible to arrange another delivery or for you to pick the consignment up. Should the package be returned to us due to you not contacting the relevant depot then we will add further delivery charges, at cost, to send it out again.


Overseas 
Deliveries are restricted by weight and insurance value. Most items are sent via Air Mail, at cost. As an example, a customer orders 3 locomotives, these weigh about 900g per item (when packed). The maximum weight for Air Mail is 2Kg so we could split the delivery into two, each would be charged at cost. The maximum weight by surface is 7Kg and there is a maximum of £500 insurance on the basic Registered rate. Surface mail can take up to 8 weeks for delivery.

In addition, some countries have lower rates of compensation or lower limits on package weight. It may be that we would send smaller packets in order to comply with these regulations. Full details can be found at www.royalmail.com. It may be that we despatch each item separately to protect against financial loss. This would mean that an individual cost per item delivered would be added to the total value of your order. We apologise in advance for this but cannot control the delivery services and have to abide by the value or weight limits imposed. Should a packet be damaged, or go missing, we would not be able to claim compensation if we had breached the limits.

Customers are responsible for any local taxes and duties payable above and beyond delivery costs.


Your Card will be debited immediately by Sagepay in order to make the shopping experience as smooth and secure as possible, goods will be shipped out as soon as available.
